Welcome to Boutique Hotel Prince de Conde in Paris 6
The Prince de Condé is housed in an 18th century narrow town house and has only 11 bedrooms, making it one of the most exclusive secret hotels in Paris !
An exclusive
adress in the heart of
Creative Paris
With only 11 rooms, the Prince de Condé is an exclusive address in a 13th century old street, where the Queen Margot and D’Artagnan lived. Located in the heart of the secretive part of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, guests find themselves surrounded by art galleries in the shadow of the famous École des Beaux-Arts.
An antique bookshop desk, woodwork floor, Zuber traditional wall papers blend singularly with modern art from Marco Del Re by Gallery Maeght in Paris. A Louis XVI style bench reworked by artist Magali Jeambrun for the Prince de Condé hotel encapsulates the soul of this exclusive Parisian address.
The Philosophy
HotelsT by F.T.
HotelsT is a family owned business of four hotels in Paris, one hotel in Sienna and now in Bordeaux. Our concept is based on a unique balance between design and boutique hotel. We offer a familial and creative feeling in refined interiors where every single detail is thoughtfully conceived. Old stone walls, wood floors, intimate salons with fireplaces, diverse and rich artwork combined with a modern setting; these are just some of the attributes to describe the warm and inviting atmosphere of our hotels. Our hotels display a wide range of extraordinary objects and art pieces from all around the world. The hotels’ collection is constantly replenished with a modern twist.
Our philosophy is to offer a personalized experience, an intellectual journey and a call to each one’s curiosity with an exceptional accommodation and service. We want to make our guests feel like they are home while they fully experience Paris, Sienna or Bordeaux. The hotelsT happily organize theme packages on demand as well as full assistance right from the airport.
Their unique character coupled with their exceptional location in the heart of the historical Paris (Saint- Germain des Pres and the 8th district) in the heart of the old city of Sienna and now Bordeaux, make the HotelsT the perfect getaway that our guests will remember and share with their family and friends.
The hotel reception is open all hours including nights to welcome you. Next to the reception is a small lounge area and many of our guests enjoy sitting here while waiting for a taxi or just reading from our wide selection of newspapers and magazines (French and international press). This cozy salon looks out over rue Guénégaud and has a collection of « curiosities ». Many private homes in the past would have collections such as this housed in a precious antique « cabinet ».
Sitting in your comfortable armchair, you will feel transported back in time and you are in a private home, surrounded by objects of beauty. One of these is a fine bronze sculpture of a dancer by the artist Catherine Masson. The traces of the sculptor’s tool can be seen, providing a feeling of vibrancy and freedom.
In the winter, you will be drawn to the warmth coming from the 18th century white ceramic stove from the 18th century, tastefully modernized and electrified by Damien Spatara, a master craftsman from Alsace.

In a cozy hidden room with original stones walls dating back to the end of the 12th century, come and discover our Courtesy Bar. Enjoy a quiet refreshing drink, a glass of wine or a Nespresso coffee while you wait for your friends in our comfortable bar area with its electric fireplace.
On the opposite wall, a painting by the famous Israeli artist Ran Gazit, whose style is a cross between figurative and abstract art gives a special tone. The painting’s features seem to come out of the canvas and provide a presence in the lounge and its spirit. There is a little bar notebook for you to note down your drinks at your discretion, in a club style. The choice of relaxing background music is traditionally jazz or classical.
Organize your trip
You will find the hotel in the heart of Saint Germain des Près, on the oldest part of the rue de Seine. This road dates back to the 13th century, runs down to the river Seine and started to be densely built up in the 16th century.
We have famous neighbors; the private house of the La Reine Margot was near the Seine and d’Artagnan from the Three Musketeers also lived in this street.
“I would highly recommend this hotel in the most convenient location. You can walk just about anywhere from this hotel. The lady at the front desk, Celine, is the nicest lady I have ever met! She was so helpful, so sweet, polite and kind and so accommodating. Anything we needed, she was there to help. The hotel has an elevator and the rooms are very clean and air conditioned. My daughter and I were very comfortable here for our two-night stay. I would stay here again.”
“Great location on left bank,. close to Notre Dame and short walk over bridge to Louvre. On a quiet street but just a short walk to many bars / restaurants .
Quaint hotel and rooms ok for size. Breakfast was fine and served in a lower wine cellar type room. Would recommend.”
